Create a quotation for your customer
Prepare a service quote before the work starts. List what you will supply, the quantities and prices, the offer’s validity date, and payment terms so the customer can review the proposal. Preview is free; the final PDF uses credits.

How to create your quotation PDF
- Enter your business and customer details, quotation number, and quotation date.
- Add the project subject, reference, opening line, and Valid Until date.
- List each item or service with a quantity, rate, and clear description.
- Check the discount, tax calculation, payment terms, and any conditions or exclusions.
- Review the complete quote and download the final PDF when the details are ready to share.
Quotation example: services and a discount
Two service units at 500 each give a subtotal of 1,000. A discount of 100 leaves a total of 900 when tax is zero for this example. Enter the discount as an amount, not as a percentage.
Use descriptions to say what each service includes. This example shows arithmetic only; use the actual prices and tax settings for your offer.
Make the scope and validity clear
Use Subject / Project to identify the work, and item descriptions to explain what is included. Use Notes or Terms & Conditions for exclusions, delivery expectations, or conditions the customer should review.
Valid Until records the date your offer expires. It does not automatically accept, renew, or convert the quotation.
Payment terms are instructions
Choose the payment terms that match your offer, such as an advance or payment on delivery. Add practical payment instructions separately.
Selecting an advance term does not collect a deposit. A quotation proposes charges; it is not proof of payment. After work is agreed, use the invoice generator when an invoice is needed.
Check tax and the final amount
The form offers tax on the total or per item. Check the selected mode, item rates, discount, and final tax summary before sharing. The generator does not decide which tax rate applies.

Is it free to use?
Entering details and checking the preview are free. Downloading the final PDF uses credits. The format picker shows the cost; see pricing for credit packs.
Can I add a quotation expiry date?
Yes. Enter Valid Until in Quote details and check it in the preview.
Can I add several services?
Yes. Use separate item rows with quantities, rates, and descriptions to explain the proposed work.
Is the Discount field an amount or percentage?
It is an amount deducted from the subtotal. Enter 100 for a discount of 100, not for a 100% discount.
Can I request an advance payment?
Yes. Choose an advance payment term and add instructions. This records your terms; it does not collect money.
Does a quotation count as a paid receipt?
No. It sets out proposed prices and terms. Use a payment receipt to record money received.
Can I add terms and an authorised name?
Yes. Use Terms & Conditions, Authorized Name, and Authorized Title to add the relevant details.
Does it automatically turn an accepted quote into an invoice?
The quotation form does not provide an acceptance or automatic invoice-conversion workflow. Prepare the invoice separately when needed.
