These terms apply when you use BillQuest at billquest.in. By using the website, signing in, buying credits, or downloading a final PDF, you agree to these terms.

What BillQuest does

BillQuest helps you create bills, invoices, receipts, quotations, salary slips, rent receipts, hotel bills, restaurant bills, fuel bills, medical bills, and similar PDFs. You choose a format, enter the details, check the preview, and download the final PDF when it is ready.

We provide software and formats. We do not check whether the final PDF is correct for your tax, accounting, payroll, claim, reimbursement, or legal needs.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter and the PDFs you download. Before sending, printing, submitting, or sharing a PDF, check names, dates, amounts, taxes, payment details, totals, and notes.

Do not use BillQuest to create fake, misleading, fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful records. Do not impersonate another person or business.

Accounts and access

Some features require sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email account secure. If you think someone is using your account without permission, contact us at [email protected].

We may limit or close access if we believe the service is being abused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that harms BillQuest, other users, or third parties.

Credits and payments

You can preview bills for free. Credits are used when you download a final PDF. The price, credit quantity, and payment method are shown before checkout. Payments are handled by payment providers, and we do not store your full card, bank, or wallet details.

Refunds and failed payments are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Your details and uploads

You keep ownership of the business details, customer details, line items, logos, signatures, notes, and other content you enter or upload. You allow us to process that content so we can show previews, create PDFs, save your work, email files when requested, provide support, prevent abuse, and run the service.

Only upload logos, images, or signatures that you have the right to use.

Our content and formats

The website, software, formats, layouts, icons, code, branding, and design belong to BillQuest or our licensors. You may use PDFs created through BillQuest for your own work, business, or personal records. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or rebuild our platform or formats as a competing service.

Availability and changes

We try to keep BillQuest fast and reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or error-free. We may update, pause, or remove features for security, maintenance, product, or business reasons.

Third-party services

We use third-party services for sign in, payments, hosting, storage, email, analytics, security, and support. These providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy notices.

No professional advice

BillQuest does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, payroll, reimbursement, or financial advice. Check important bills, claims, tax fields, and payroll items with a qualified professional when needed.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for rejected claims, incorrect entries, tax or compliance issues, lost profits, business interruption, lost data, or indirect damages from using the service.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. When we do, we will update the date on this page. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
