• No Cancellation: Once purchased, credits cannot be cancelled. The purchase of credits is final, and you cannot cancel the order once the transaction is completed.
• Refunds on Unsuccessful Top-Ups: For unsuccessful credit top-ups, refunds will be processed within 5–6 working days. Only payments for unsuccessful top-ups to billquest.in will be refunded.
• No Refunds for Purchased Credits: We do not offer refunds for purchased credits. Credits you purchase are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or returned to the source bank account.
• Non-Transferable: Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the account to which they were originally assigned.
• Expiry of Credits: Credits do not expire and can be used at any time as long as our service is available.
• Using Credits: Credits may be used exclusively for generating bills and accessing other features on billquest.in as per the terms and conditions on our website.
