Refund and Cancellation Policy
How BillQuest handles credit purchases, failed payments, duplicate charges, and refund requests.

BillQuest uses credits for final PDF downloads. This page explains when credit purchases are final and when we can help with payment problems.
Credit purchases
Credits are digital units used inside BillQuest. Once payment is successful and credits are added to your account, the purchase is usually final. Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
When refunds may be available
We may refund the payment or add corrective credits if:
- You were charged but credits were not added.
- You were charged twice for the same checkout.
- The payment failed but money was debited.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
When refunds are not available
Refunds are usually not available when:
- Credits were successfully added to your account.
- Credits were already used for PDF downloads.
- The purchase was accidental but credits were delivered.
- A PDF has wrong details because of information entered by the user.
- You changed your mind after buying credits.
Failed or pending payments
If payment fails or stays pending, your bank, card issuer, wallet, or payment provider may take time to reverse the amount. Many reversals appear within 5 to 10 business days, but timing depends on the payment method and provider.
How to request help
If you think a payment was charged incorrectly, email [email protected] with:
- Your account email address.
- The payment date and amount.
- The payment or checkout reference, if available.
- A short description of the issue.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. If that is not possible, we may ask for more details or add corrective credits instead.

We may update this policy when the product, credit system, payment provider, or legal requirements change. Updates apply when posted here.
